Proposed Development Plan for the NSW Rogaining Association - 1994 to 1998 Prepared by Warwick Marsden, October 1993. This plan was the outcome of a "BBQ & Think Tank" meeting held at Warwick's home on 28 November 1992. The meeting was advertised in Newsletter 36, page 8. A report on the plan is in Newsletter 43. The plan was accepted at the AGM held on 27 February 1994 at the Upside Down Rogaine.
