The 3 hour Minigaine will be held in only a matter of days. Enter as a team of 2-5, or as an individual (if you are 18 or older).

The event start is Gunnamatta Park, Cronulla and the course map will take you on scenic coastal paths, beaches, dunes, parks and reserves. The event is suitable for everyone from walkers, families and competitive runners. Maps will be available from 8:30am

Due to the nature of this course there will be two starts. The individuals will starts at 10:00am and the teams will start 15 minutes later at 10:15am.

A few on the day helpers are still needed at the Hash House in morning pre-start and during the event, if you can help contact Graham.

NSWRA AGM 2017 – Sun 9th April

The Annual General Meeting will be held at the end of the Minigaine, we will acknowledge the committee and volunteers of 2016 and elect our 2017 committee. If you would like to be a part of the direction of the sport’s future, this is your chance to nominate yourself for one of the committee roles or to serve as a general member.

For more information please contact Gill.

In the spirit of rogaining efficiency, the meeting will be kept brief and is only likely to last a maximum of 15 mins, so please join us to celebrate our association and volunteers.

Australian Champs 2017 – Sat-Sun 6/7th May Entries are now open

This year’s Australian Rogaining Championships, hosted by ACTRA, are in NSW, near Cooma. Entries are open, and everyone is welcome, whether you have been rogaining since the beginning of time or it is your first event.

It's set in great open eucalypt forest, and you might even spot a koala on the course! There is also a bus being run from Sydney to the event, which you can book when you enter.

We would particularly like to encourage University and TAFE Students who would like to enter as a team representing their institutions to compete for the Intervarsity Championships. NSWRA is offering subsidy for entry and travel for a team of students enrolled at the same university or TAFE to compete for the IV titles. Email Gill by 4th April with your team details if you are keen to represent NSW.

Call for Volunteers

No Volunteers = No Rogaines. It’s pretty simple.

Volunteering is a great way to ensure the continual running of quality NSWRA events. If you think you can spare a few hours before, during or after an event please see the volunteers calendar and if you’d like to put your hand up, or know more about roles, please get in touch with Graham.
