Entry Fees & Refunds

Each person entering a NSWRA rogaine event pays an entry fee. If your entry is not postmarked before the date at which Late Fees apply, each person must also pay an additional fee of $10. No entries will be accepted after the Closing date.  The actual entry fees and dates vary from event to event and are shown on each individual event entry form.

Concession

All events offer a "Concession" rate.  The intention is that this rate will apply to anyone who does not have a regular income.  It will include ..

  • Dependant children
  • Full time students
  • Unemployed
  • Pensioners

Family

The maximum entry fee for a family entering in one or more teams is twice the normal adult entry fee. The Concession rate also applies to the adult members of a family entry. The definition of a "Family" is  ...

"One or two adults plus any number of dependant children each of whom looks to one or both of the adults as a parent and who all live at the same address."

The application of this fee should not be confused with the "Family" competition category. A team can have members of a family who pay the Family maximum together with other unrelated persons paying the normal entry fees.

Refunds

If for some reason you find you need to withdraw after paying your entry, you may be granted a refund.  The amount refunded will be ..

  • The full entry fee if you withdraw before the date at which Late Fees apply.
  • Half the entry fee if you withdraw after this but before the Closing date.
  • Nothing after the Closing date.

Note that there is no refund on Membership Fees.
